Mezcal Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 ounce Mezcal, preferably an Espadín Mezcal joven

1 ounce sweet vermouth

3 dashes orange bitters

Orange twist for garnish

 

Instructions:

Combine the ingredients, except the garnish, in a mixing glass three-quarters filled with ice. Stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Express the orange twist over the surface and drop it into the drink.
