Mezcal and tequila cocktail Los Altos

Ingredients:

1½ ounces Tequila

½ ounce Mezcal

1½ ounces pineapple juice

½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

½ ounce simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)

Soda water to top

2 pineapple leaves for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions:

Combine the ingredients, except the soda water and garnish, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, and garnish with the pineapple leaves, if you have them.
