1 ounce Tequila blanco
½ ounce yellow Chartreuse
½ ounce Jägermeister Dash of simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
1 egg
Freshly ground nutmeg for garnish
Combine the ingredients, except the garnish, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with freshly ground nutmeg.
