1 ounce Mezcal
1 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
½ ounce Punt e Mes
¼ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon twist for garnish
Combine the ingredients, except the garnish, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express the lemon twist over the surface and drop it into the drink.
