Mezcal and tequila cocktail Morning Call

Ingredients:

1½ ounces Tequila blanco

2 barspoons Mezcal

½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

½ ounce agave nectar

2 ounces Hibiscus Tonic Water to top

Lime wheel for garnish

Hibiscus flower for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions:

Combine the ingredients, except the tonic water and garnishes, in a cocktail shaker three-quarters filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice, and top with the tonic water. Garnish with the lime wheel and, if you can find one, the hibiscus flower.
